TOPANGA CHILDREN"S FESTIVAL

			“As the butterflies flitted about, something new and wonderful took place… Everything about the Topanga Children’s Festival was beautifully thought out and executed.” From a review in the Topanga Messenger by Kathie Gibboney, 2007 THE TOPANGA CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL was founded in 2007 to serve as the main fundraiser for the Topanga Co-Op Preschool. It was designed to be a unique, large-scale, all-ages cultural experience for families in Topanga and the greater L.A. area. It proved to be a huge success, selling out completely in a little over an hour, and leaving audience members, both large and small, crying for more. Their chance will soon be at hand.

	This year’s Festival will take place on May 10, 2008 at the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum from 11am – 4pm. Attractions will include: • Three stages providing non-stop world-class music, theater, dance, storytelling and circus performers from nearby and across the globe. • A children’s area with face painting, craft activities, and our patented “Recycling Sculpture”. • Food and drink vendors with delicious, healthy options for all taste buds! • A vendor area where local artisans will offer unique products from jewelry to clothing to on-site-massages. • As always, this will be a totally green event, all waste will be recycled or composted.
